HS Composite Armor panels are ballistic resistant structural fiberglass designed for reinforcing building walls, floors and ceilings. This is the same technology used by the US Dept. of Defense to protect command and control center operations around the world. This military grade protection is now available for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
They are commonly used in commercial applications such as banks, check cashing facilities, pawn shops, liquor stores, convenience stores and various others where cash assets are at risk. Municipal and Governmental uses include Police Stations, Courtrooms, Judges Chambers, and Detention Facilities.
Our HS Composite Armor panels are available in 3 thicknesses that correspond to the UL 752 Ballistic Resistant Performance Standard.
HS Armor panels have been laboratory tested to meet the UL 752 performance standard for ballistic resistance. Our HS Armor panels have been proven to capture and retain multiple impacts from the ballistic projectiles listed in the UL 752 performance standards listed below.
